Our Story
A neighborhood pizza place that never stopped being one.

Twin Trees opened in Fayetteville in 1957 and later brought the same recipe west to Camillus. The pizza has not changed: original Syracuse style, a thin crust built by hand, and cut however you like.
Three generations of the Ross family have run the ovens, and the Camillus shop runs the same way the original does. Everything is made to order, for pickup or delivery.
More than pizza
Pizza is the reason most people find us, but it is not the whole story. There are the wings, fried to order and tossed in whatever sauce you like. The half pound Black Angus burgers on a brioche bun. The subs, the Utica greens, and the Central New York plates that do not show up on menus outside this area.
We make it the way we always have. Cooked to order, never sitting under a heat lamp. If you want something you do not see, ask. We are usually happy to make it work.
Two locations
You will find us at 5401 West Genesee Street in Camillus, on the corner of Kasson Road. The original shop is out in Fayetteville, on Highbridge Street. Visit our Fayetteville shop. Same family, same recipe.
